OUR ROOMS
We rent out the entire 23-hectar estate, with a total of 5 spacious bedrooms in main house and 1 bedroom in detached guesthouse. In total the house can accommodate up to 12 adults and additional 2 children on sofa beds.
The main house is 660 square meters and decorated with great love and attention to the details. All bedrooms and the kitchen in main house have air conditioning for hot summer days. For cold winter nights we have a heating system installed throughout the house. The house is powered by its own solar panels and batteries.
Wifi in house via Starlink and Smart TVs in main living room, guest house and in our games room.
You will be greeted at Finca La Marquesa by our property manager who also lives onsite and spends his days managing our animals, garden and olive grove. He will welcome you upon arrival and share information about the house and answer any practical questions. He is more than happy to assist with information and tips on sightseeing and exploration around the area.
This property is available to rent by the week. We do not rent nightly or by the room. All our guests will experience a private and serene experience close to the nature surrounded by mountains and our ecological olive grove.
Master bedroom
Generously sized bedroom on first floor with beautiful views over the olive groves and mountains. Double bed, 180x200cm, with linen headboard and a blend of modern and vintage furniture, including linen armchairs and a beautiful wooden table. Walk-in wardrobe leading off bedroom.
En-suite bathroom with traditional bathtub with hand-held shower attachment and a separate shower.
Bedroom Picual
Bedroom Picual is named after our “picual” olive tree, one of the three varieties our olive grove has to offer. A large bedroom with original flooring, located on the first floor and with separate entrance from the central courtyard. Features a wicker bench, built in wardrobes and 180x200cm double bed.
Traditional tiled bathroom with bathtub and shower over bath. Bathroom shared with bedroom “Bianca”.
Bedroom Bianca
Located on the first floor, accessed via library or central courtyard. Large double room with 180x200cm double bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table and views over the olive groves. Perfect bedroom if you are a family with younger children as the next door library offers sofa beds for 2 children.
Traditional tiled bathroom with bathtub and shower over bath, located down the hallway and shared with bedroom “Picual”.
Bedroom Wisteria
Located on ground floor and accessed via the central courtyard. Good sized double with 180x200cm bed with views of patio and our wisteria arch and gardens. Wardrobes and relaxing wicker armchairs.
Traditional en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom Almendra
Located on ground floor beyond the kitchen and with views over our almond trees, in spanish, almendra. A large double room with 180x200cm bed and linen upholstered sofa bed. Access onto a private patio with table and chairs. All for an authentic, relaxing atmosphere.

Living spaces
Finca La Marquesas stunning farmhouse kitchen effortlessly combines original features with modern amenities, such as sleek Dekton countertops, a gas burning LOFRA aga, coffee machine, oven, two large fridges, freezer and wine fridge. Smaller breakfast table in kitchen and seating area around the kitchen island.
The open plan dining room features a family sized table and direct access to the outdoor terrace where you find a large dining table and the BBQ area.
The main living room on the first floor offers an open fire and sofas for the more relaxing days and evenings.
Also located on the ground floor, the games room, sets the scene for family fun with a full-size shuffleboard table, foosball table and games console guaranteed to provide hours of entertainment.
Guest house
On the other side of our parking and welcoming area, and across from the main house you will find the guesthouse which has been beautifully restored as a one bedroom house with its own sitting room, TV, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), an open fireplace and the sitting room also has a sofabed that can accommodate two children.
Outside you will find two covered terraces with dining table and a cosy built-in sofa for relaxing days.
